Is it time to integrate the Apartment Society Software's with Zoom, Google duo, or Video conferencing SDK or Software, WhatsApp Messenger, video conference and so on for integrated minute's of meeting and for Transparency? 

Guided Ship Docking at ports

I just now watched a big ship that tries to Dock itself at the port at a Docking station is unable to park and finds itself unable to park appropriately damaging itself and the port facilities.

In order to avoid such mistakes, errors, damages, risks, insurance claims and so on.  All Ships in the future shall be guided by a series, sequence of big powerful magnets that repel and attract the ship to guide automatically to the dock point with at most precision. The parking would be so smooth that ship once it enters the Docking point (200 meters), this system shall take over or guide the parking. 

The precision or magnetic force shall be guided by Software algorithms, Software platform, Embedded hardwares, sensors, microchip, microcontrollers, cloud platform, integrated with weather system, the weather system in this case just focuses on local port weather, that considers the Present Wind speed, direction of wind, waves direction, their height, their force, the pressure of wind and waves pressure on the ship, the speed of the ship and so on

The Docking points would all be enabled with rubber, tubular cushions at the front, the sides of the ship to ensure that the Docking is smooth and scratch free. The ports cemented structures or pillars all shall be embedded with magnets, the magnets could be horizontally and vertically Mounted at the Docking points for smooth guidance and posting.

This Software can also be used to guide the ship after it is constructed and launching of the same into the water as well. 

Such system also allows for Ship Parking Charges at port and Charges for Parking or Guided Docking at ports.

Scalar Vector Graphics - Scalar vector Videos

Are we going to define, scalar Vector Videos that allows scaling of video's like SVG enables scaling of image's for different resolution? 

The Scalar vector Videos could be inspired from  Scalar vector graphics that ensures the videos are scalable for different resolutions of the screen.

The Scalar vector Graphics is a XML schema, standard that enable to define or represent images as XML document.  The render of the target application renders the image based on the Standards of the SVG. 

Similarly, can we be able to  define or transform an existing video or Scalar Vector Videos  based on SVV standards that allows us to represent videos as XML or json format, a player then is able to reconstruct the frame's as per the target resolution of the device or screen.

Smart Doors at mass usage

The Smart doors in the future could be customized or custom ordered or built locally.  The Smart doors would have camera's, sensors, display system, voice enabled, microchip, microcontroller, microphone, smart card reader, finger print reader, Iris scanner, speaker's in them the front and back using which the users of the doors are alerted of potential Danger as they open or close the doors in the office or at home. They would also be connected to home NMS system or office NMS (Embedded NMS of the router).  The list of features, functions of such a door could be endless, it could great the user in their native language, can inform them of important meetings, sudden meeting requests, meetings cancelled, guide them to the destination meeting rooms, conference halls based on his appointments of the day and so on.

The property ownership or Residenence in the cities in the future could be completely be a long term rental plans for years together like 5,10,15,20,25 and or 2,4,8,16,32 so on...

As the cost of ownership or buying a new property increases and continues to increase in the cities across the world is this going to be the future trend.

Is future of finance is all going to be driven by virtual banking platform, virtual income tax accounts state wise (TN,... ) , virtual states reserve banks (TN,.... ), virtual treasury accounts (TN,..) and so on...?

The virtual banking platforms enables a business to easily Establish across the world with complete Transparency?. 

SnowBot - SnowBots

The future of snow clearance could be handled systematically with the usage of "SNOWBOT", Software Platform, Hardware, Cloud platform,  and so on.

The SNOWBOT would be a Special movable truck or Crane of different sizes that has a mouth that can Suck the Show in no time and crush it as ice into the frozen container of the truck.  The mouth would be expandable or shrinkable based on the condition, the amount of snow to be cleared, the speed of suction of the mouth would be scalable, and would be able to clear large amount of snows in no time. The mouth would be able fold itself to it's restable location and shape. 

The cleared snows could then be transported to dry weather locations, the snow from the north east of America could be transported to water bodies in dry places like central, south American locations based on the minimum amount or optimal distance to be traveled. The snow frozen to ice could be distributed to stores as ice as well. 

This platform should collect information based on GPS coordinates, zip code or pin code, such as the amount of snow collected, the source location,  the target location,  the route taken to the target location and the overall quantity water given to parched areas annually and so on. 

Hopefully such system comes into place soon.
