Abstraction of field name's in Application forms, Global norms

The various application forms in the future could be included that field names that are abstracted for individuals when they avail different service or privileges, 

For example, 

Citizen Identification number

Individual Identity number like aadhaar

Tax Identification number

International travel document number

National document number

Nativity Identification document number

Community Identification number

Birth Identification or confirmation certificate number 

Graduation Identification number

Post graduation Identification number

Research scholar Identification number - Ph. D

Vehicle Driving Identification number (bike, கார், bus, truck, Train, air vehicle's like helicopter, aeroplane) etc

Demise confirmation certificate number 

Pension Identification number like SSN

And so on... 

And so on, this enables the application forms to be global in nature and around the world they are standardized for usage, hopefully UN works on this idea with various Governments across the globe.
