Please provide a option in the POST feature of feature : three colon icon or the context menu option to open up feedback window,  Where in the users context screenshot is auto captured. The context in which the feedback window is requested or option is selected from should automatically take screenshot of the current window to understand the user context.  Additionally please provide a Rich Text Box view or option Editor Tool or Tool Box options to covers Formatting, Changing fonts, Define Fore color, Define Backcolor, insert symbols, insert smileys, insert clip-arts, insert PPT, insert Doc, insert PDF, insert images, insert or link Videos, insert emojis, ..  For example Justify is very good options that is either defaulted is accessible in one click.  The Post of Stories could be considered as a Word Editor and hence provide the most valuable tool icons or buttons or options for the user from the context Post or Stories.

This feature can interface with profile details, family details, friends days of importance to alert, sent auto messages, or customize the message.
