Is it time to create or derive phonetics styles for different language syllables based on alphabets, vowels, consonants of each language based on known cultural variations or dialect variations of the language spoken in different region's where in the language is spoken very well or known?

In the future the Software Engineering books could just refer the following standard syntax

Similarly, all functions or methods would be accepting parameters or inputs / output or inputvalues and returnvalues... 

Hope such change is accepted as standard form.

Is it time to create dynamic QR code and print the same for New Visits or appointments and Next Visits or appointments?

The QR code  for new or first visit would include the following details, 

New visit context object, 

IIN 

Tax Identity number 

Hospital id

Patient id

Insurance Scheme ID, provider ID 

Hospital online appointment booking Software URL or device app that directs the users to scheduler page

The QR code for subsequent or next visit would include the following details, 

Next visit context object, 

IIN 

Tax Identity number 

Hospital id

Patient id

Previous visit ID, summary of previous visit 

Doctor ID or Nurse ID or, department ID, Lab ID or technician ID,... So on. 

Insurance Scheme ID, provider ID 

Hospital online appointment booking Software URL or device app that directs the users to scheduler page

Visit information context object - patient experience, 

Doctor advice as per last visit findings, report, recommendation (hospital Neutral interface) 

Referral ID ( hospital Neutral interface) 

Prescription reference id (hospital Neutral interface) 

Please also include pharmacy Neutral interface  that can scan QR code or bar code on the prescription to dispense exact number of tablets as prescribed.  The pharmacy billing Software Shall automatically include IIN, TIN, Hospital ID, Insurance Scheme ID Insurance provider ID, doctor ID, visit ID and so on in the bill... The pharmacy interface shall validate the qty of the medicines as prescripbed along with pharmacy registration ID, and approve the transaction.  In case of any emergency or direct store purchase of medicine the pharmacy or the patient would be interfaced with Doctor or Hospital support or Nurse staff for approval, this approval procedure would be allowed once or twice beyond which they would be asked to visit the hospital thorough the hospital Neutral interface scheduler automatically to understand the need, Context and situation by concerned doctor. 

Please enable hospital or medical or Medicare or Medicure Neutral context driven direct interface with hospital departments like Emergency, 24 hours blood bank, ambulance via App, Website, VOIP, online Meeting or conference platform like Google Meeting or Mobile call or Landline calls or emails or notifications or standardise call the callee object or callback interface that enables faster or direct communication with the concerned staffs in different department. 

Please also include contacts hiearchy where in the Person objects can receive a bulk of contact numbers with complete  Information of each numbers meta data. The contacts are stored as hiearchy nodes or Graphs or trees or Linked list.  The search should be smart enough to Identify the required contact details and the OS should be able to receive or detect or use last usage of phone and suggest the user with options during search. 

What, if these feature is Implemented as a hospital Neutral appointment booking interface, integrated with Software Maps like Google Map(Home, office, Educational institutions, current location to hospital route map, when to start, how to reach, Mode of transport,(justdrive, justrelax) , Google calendar( Hospital , doctor, nurse, technician, Patient,) Google Pay, (prepay, visit pay, procedure pay, pharmacy pay) and so on... ?

Google Translate Feature - please validate and revalidate

அகம் (akam) is translated to internal, when I used the vice versa icon to  retranslate from English to Tamizh the word returned is உள்.. DOES this mean that the translation algorithm has to be validated for all words, it's synonyms to validate from source to Destination language, and revalidate from Destination language to source language.
