Caller and Callee validation,authentication,approval, security via dialler app interface for authencity or authentication

please include features to integrate contacts with ADSI,popmail or any mail servers of organizations, government,public mail servers linked to Individual Identity numbers providers, PAN to ensure or validate the customer service executives call with public key ,employee key validated with OTP or via dialler interface. the keys can be provided to the customer at the of sale specific to IIN, PAN of the Individual and linked with organizatios business ID number along with department ID, employee ID of organizations. such a feature in android would be great value add.

Toll Charges Inconsistency and Fleecing Customer - Why multiple journey with in 24 hours benefit is not given to customer?

Please note that the above transactions via the chittampatti toll plaza in Madurai District, TamilNadu, was completed on 14 Jan 2021 and with in 4 hours between 5:00 PM and 8:50 PM.   I traveled thrice through the same plaza with in 4 hours and for each transaction they are charging amount and why?  Isn't there a rule to exempt or to allow multiple pass through with in 24 hours?  if so, why this not handled appropriately in the toll plaza?   Shouldn't the customer get the benefits multiple journey or pass through the same toll plaza with in 24 hours?   The charges deducted are different for each of the journey as 45,85,45 respectively.   Why?

The car driven was KA53P1980 AND THE PAYMENT WAS COMPLETED THROUGH FAST-TAG LINKED TO MY PAYTM ACCOUNT.

Even if each Transaction or pass through at toll gate or plazas is to be charged then it should be based on distance travelled or the rate or fare should be reducing or reduced for every trip with in 24 hours.  Similarly, are there going to be weekend or Holiday rates, weekday rates in the future. The rates would also be based on road type, region type,features available type in the surroundings.

Please include feature to automatically detect or assign or configure mail user's in their profile settings for email ID Icons for every user, they can customize with icon editors or scripts.  

Similarly, each type hierarchy or email ID as per function area or department would use the base icon then the derived function areas email ID Icons are extensioms to the top hierarchy object or top function in business or Government or service Providers and so on...

Well is it time to create or wait or to  reveal or derive or build அடிப்படை for தமிழ் இசை fundamentals or extend it?

Instead of the above basic sound syllables alone, my thinking is to build தமிழ் இசை using entire தமிழ் alphabets, vowels and consonants...
