The InsuranceTo could be trip specific or annual plans protecting the life through out the journey by distribution of insurance cost through all villages, town's, cities district's covered in the journey..   The interface could also support insurance linked cancellation of tickets with full refund of booked ticket...  The annual Travel insurance policy purchased by a individual could cover any mode of transport, class of vehicle, class of seating, distance coverage, region type, terrain type,region covered, sports travel insurance covered, member's covered for family...  The plan can be upgraded for any of the parameter that impacts the coverage value, distance, region type, member addition, vehicle class, vehicle type, mode of transport or travel, dressing class, distance of travel, regions covered, types of regions covered, terrain types covered, medium of transport like by road, air, water, river's, space and so on...  The insurance would also provide options for third party insurance no claims discounts as well just like own damage no claims discounts in the future.

The travel insurance for a trip with service provider's can consider the already bought personal travel insurance that is still valid as on the date and time of booking as well for the travel date time (timezone neutral)  of the trip for the passenger's (group scheme) or family member's (family scheme) to reduce the trip specific insurance cost to the passenger's and the Travel or tour operators or service providers.  For example the passenger's can key on the personal or family or corporate policy number while opting for travel insurance to gain protection, insurance value discounts,to also help the cost to the travel operators.  In case of no travel insurance policy or details not provided then the travel operators insurance scheme can be adopted for the ticket or PNR for that trip.

Insurance Portability, coverage region and upgrades

The insurance scheme's can be specific to village,town, city, district's, state's, country,continent, continent's, association of countries like SAARC,UN, European Union and so on...

For example crop insurance, property insurance can be specific to the location of the Field and Property where in the insured amount can be upgraded based on value of the property, extension to the property, purchase of new properties, type's of crop sowed and so on... Such insurance would support Portability as per sale deed registration and. ownership changes..

The motor insurance can cover the regions driven by the driver or owner of the car as per Justdrive billings (metered billings, metered tax) could be monthly or annual.  The premium billings would be a percentage based on the path navigated.  The premium can be a formula based on the region types covered like village,town, city, district's, state's, country,continent, continent's, association of countries like SAARC,UN, European Union and so on...

The health insurance portability could be to support change in family member's due to divorce, widow,remarriage and so on.  The health insurance scheme would allow upgrades to increase or decrease the coverage amount to include more family members as per the given data.  The insurance premiums could be billed based on claims, the region type of claim like village,town, city, district's, state's, country,continent, continent's, association of countries like SAARC,UN, European Union and so on...  The premiums would be dynamic as per every visit as out patient, in patient services and so on for every hopitization or every visit based on policies or policy type purchased.

The policy details would include Names,IINs,PANs,TINs,TANs, place of issue, region of issue, region type,terrain type, service branch location,service branch region,service branch region type, service branch region could be same as place or region of issue, insurance provider region location,insurance provider region type and so on...

And so on....

Mall Navigator - Directory

The Express avenues shopping mall has installed a Surface table like Mall Navigator cum Directory that helps the cusromers or shoppers to access path to a store.  It would be great if it includes the following aspects in it,

Synch with Map apps like Google maps in the users mobile to help them reach their destination with in the mall via lift, escalator, walkways.

It can highlight the shops deals for the day or upcoming weekends or holidays or weeks.

It can highlight various offerings, deals, best prices and programs for the day.

It can highlight and allow cinema's tickets booking as well.

It can synch with the car parking sensors with justdrive device's to locate or guide the user's to the parking slot when they leave the shopping mall.

The users auto pay the parking fees with justdrive device in their vehicle and they are able to move out of the parking slot without any delay.

The parking slot sensors would scan or read justdrive device at the Entrance and guide the vehicle to a exact parking slot via digital path director and would also show the best path to park the vehicle in the slot appropriately.  

It can show the shops map 3d for easy user navigations. Also, support Google Voice or other Voice or speech recognition libraries.

Please also support multilingual Smart Mobile keyboard like GBoard, Microsoft SwiftKey,..etc and so on...

Dynamic QR code with GPay

On this day of 23rd January 2021 i interfaced via GPay to initiated three important payment transactions.  One of the payment is for two wheeler service, another transaction was initiated for Petrol payment and the this transaction was performed at Saravana stores for Groceries.

Please provide a hardware integrated  interface with the merchant's device's like Petrol pump machine,Merchant phone or merchant payment devices like swiping machines or via Bill computers or via billling softwares or via any hand devices or via just drive hardware device's and so on...

These devices should automatically capture the receiver details (icon,name,pan,tan, business Identity number,...) the source or merchant transaction reference id,  the actual amount, any taxes like transaction tax, the payer details like IIN, Pan, tan, business Identity number, targets transaction reference id, and so on...

This hardware could be device neutral with embedded flashed software to gather these details between the Payer and Payee...

Toll Charges Inconsistency and Fleecing Customer - Why multiple journey with in 24 hours benefit is not given to customer?

Please note that the above transactions via the chittampatti toll plaza in Madurai District, TamilNadu, was completed on 14 Jan 2021 and with in 4 hours between 5:00 PM and 8:50 PM.   I traveled thrice through the same plaza with in 4 hours and for each transaction they are charging amount and why?  Isn't there a rule to exempt or to allow multiple pass through with in 24 hours?  if so, why this not handled appropriately in the toll plaza?   Shouldn't the customer get the benefits multiple journey or pass through the same toll plaza with in 24 hours?   The charges deducted are different for each of the journey as 45,85,45 respectively.   Why?

The car driven was KA53P1980 AND THE PAYMENT WAS COMPLETED THROUGH FAST-TAG LINKED TO MY PAYTM ACCOUNT.

Even if each Transaction or pass through at toll gate or plazas is to be charged then it should be based on distance travelled or the rate or fare should be reducing or reduced for every trip with in 24 hours.  Similarly, are there going to be weekend or Holiday rates, weekday rates in the future. The rates would also be based on road type, region type,features available type in the surroundings.

Please ensure that cash is not provided or shown as payment for shows or programs. Instead allow payments apps like or Via GPay, with receipt, with Tds, with customization with program's name, channel name, participant name, program price break up as per winning at each stage of the program, with necessary Goods, Sales and Service Tax as applicable. The program or channels can tie up with Google Pay or payment apps or platforms to project the payments, receipts, Tax details, on the eboard. Fishing Conflicts, Fisher man death and how to solve it?

Each boat should be mandatorily installed with GPS enabled navigation for fishing with their licensed zone.  The fishing license zone can be divided either by coastal district or by state administrative Boundary.  The GPS enabled system would not allow the fisherman to cross the licensed zone.  The licensed zone would be a GPS defined Boundary between international maritime Boundary of the country and the state or districts coastal Boundary.

Each of the registered boats would have to pay and purchase the GPS system it would powered by the motor on the boat,battery, solar panels. Any violation of the licensed zone parameters the GPS system on board would automatically alert the coastal gaurds and the inland police station immediately.  Any body on sea loses signal contact would automatically be considered as a boat in risk, emergency, or has violated by manual switch off.  The GPS on board would have enough embedded intelligence to differentiate between manual switch off, sudden shutdown, and so on.

All boats registered would be tracked, monitored, be in touch with the Boat or Ship Navigation Control Room in the state. 

The complete system would be automatically monitored, shall have features to store Information on cloud within it's (each states) territory preferably in the coastal districts to reduce cost of database, data center, data analytics and so on.

Such a system can be inspired from the ATC (air traffic control) system.

Such a system also ensures to generate revenues to the states in the form of nautical miles driven like transit or Toll charges.  This also enables the Ships or fisherman to pay Farm Produce taxes or direct taxes. 

In case of TN the data Centers, cloud infrastructures for Ships, Boats Navigation control system in the future could be located all along the coast of TN (Chennai,Cuddalore, Nagapattinam, Pondicherry, Rameshwatam, Tuticorin and Kanyakumari)  could be districts that might benefit the most due to this idea. 

The TamilNadu Fishermans for example are held captive or shot at or their possession have been taken away by the Sri Lankan Navy for whatsoever reason, similarly,such incidents occurs all around the world and globe.  Hopefully the above idea would resolve this forever.

The Vehicles that we use lie Bikes, Scooties, Autos, Cars, Buses, Trucks and other vehicles would be exactly charge for Road Usage for the KMs covered.  

This would mean they would be equipped with Maps like Google Maps, SIM Slots with 4G or 5G that enables to trace or track the distance traveled on a daily basis, from time to time, the administrative boundaries crossed like Village Panchayat, Taluk, Town, City, District, State, International Borders and so on.  The SIM Slot would just work in tandem with the existing mobile connection number of the owner.  This would mean it is extension SIM exclusive for DATA Access only and the VOIP would enable to reach dial someone in need during emergency.

The Map Service provider would exactly determine the charges from to time to time on monthly basis, or prepaid usage or on annual basis.  This could be integrated the Google Financials App to indicate the amounts spent on the usage or vehicles such as toll or transit charges.  This would mean the end user or the driver pays as you use payment approach. The respective Governments concerned would get revenues on daily basis on all vehicles that transact or move with in their administrative boundary.  This would mean a two wheeler or any vehicle would nominal charges like 0.1 Paise per KM of usage in 20 feet road, 0.125 paise per km in 30 feet road, 0.150 paise per km in 40 feet road, 0.175 paise per km in 50 feet road and so on.. The charges could vary based on the Kind of Vehicles how much road tension or pressure they exert on the road during usage based on the weight could also determine the charges or rates.  However, this is a simple idea similar the Toll Charges based on number of lanes of mine.  The Administrative Governing Organization or Government would determine the price and accordingly the user would pay.  The MapProvider would generate a bill of material invoice for the Road users based on their account mapped with SIM CARD, Vehicle Identification details, Individual identification details like aadhaar.  They would also automically and instantly upload the concerned or relevant Taxes to the administrative units like Village Panchayat, Town, city, district, state, countries covered by the user of the Vehicles.  This could also bring lane disciple by charging for the lanes used in a highway, single lane used base charges, two lanes used base charges*2, 3 lanes used base charges*3 and so on...

This ensure revenue as well as accounting and proper maintenance of all road network. 

This Solution would ensure every vehicle pays as they use or drive irrespective of ambulance or military except in a combat situation.
