If above 50,000 rupees in banks require as to provide IIN or aadhaar or PAN, Similarly gold purchase above rs. 50,000 (new purchase), exchange value above rs. 50,000 should automatically include PAN card number, IIN for every such transaction in the store or online.? 

Similarly, all financial transactions in the country above rs. 50,000 should automatically include PAN, TAN, GST number, Tax Submission Number, IIN in the invoice and in the persistence store.
