Is it time to commission Public Water distribution that ensures 365 days 24*7 water to homes💦 in a region?  There shouldn't a drop of water lost due to network cracks or pipeline leak. The los any due to leaks should be identifiable with in 5 seconds in remote monitoring station.  The monitoring should be so rigorous that the datacenter and HMI or Scada system monitoring parameters are thoroughly processed live to identify potential leaks, flow of water, composition of water, and meters to measure or charge the consumption of water by different stakeholders based on type.

The entire pipeline shall include flow meters at every distribution points, a water distribution Private area network for data collection and processing of parameters live in the corporation's office. The data center shall able to cut off supply automatically through the HMI and SCADA monitoring, resume supply, areas wise, region wise, street wise if rationing of water 💦 is required.

The Indian railways should build a Private area network (wired and wireless) that spans it's entire rail network running parallel to it (high speed data connectivity, availability), stations, offices, head quarters, data center's and other entities under it. The entire railway's network can be live monitored, controlled, to provide connectivity, reliable private area network, available, redundancy, fault tolerance, fail safe over, for its safety of the railways lines, trains, Scada monitoring system 🚆, fleet tracking, private network map, map view, live movement's of fleets of trains in a region or zone or regions or zones automates scanning of railways lines for safety, on board connectivity, entertainmet, station connectivity and so on can be achieved.

Health insurance for family

Please provide a Family health insurance plan that covers Grand parents, Parents, siblings, cousins, nieces,b nephew's, uncle, or Parents siblings, great parents siblings, and children.  Let this plan be inherited and continued to be upgrade, to  include grand children, in laws so on to include as many family members as we wish.  Such a health insurance scheme  premium would provide continuity for generation's. Let the payment be paid by earning members with an option to add or change earning members in the Family every year to share the premium such that there is only one health insurance plan.

Also, let there also be Family term insurance policy like above that is flexible to include any numbers of family member's and distributes the cost.

Find Bed, Book bed, confirm bed, call ambulance, or book ambulance from map

Please include a feature to book  ambulance, search for a bed in case of emergency, book a bed at home, while enroute using Google map from home to hospital, hospital to another hospital, live availability of beds, nearest hospital with in the locality or vicinity. 

Please consider insurance, Individual Identity number, budget, distance, age, Name from the profile, include feature to book bed any for family members, hospital ranking, rating, transparency, sincerity, billing integrity, adopting best hospital procedural standards, value for medical care, cure and service. 

In case of pandemics and other medical situations this feature would be handy and reduces bitter experience, corruption, sudden surge in medical service and so on... Hopefully, this feature shall ensure greater honesty and transparency in all situations.

This map app could be installed in ambulance and as part of ambulance service.  The ambulance staffs like nursing staff, doctor, or technician should be able book a bed the Moment the patients condition is known.

These features surrounding such service from Google map could be APIs for other business to integrate and build a workflow on it or it could be a direct feature in Google map.

The users could also be novice home users or anybody.  This should consider Government hospitals, Private hospitals, clinics, multi speciality hospitals, speciality hospitals, the patient history, integrate with hospital Patient care, cure, treatment and procedures platform. 

The integration should be so smooth that the map APIs and the Hospitals patient care, cure, treatment and procedures platform APIs for seemless integration from the Google map.

The features to consider to be provided on the Google map would be inform every family members any where across the Globe 🌎 of the emergency, medical condition, situation, via Google map, notify them, criticality of the patient, worthwhile would be from Finding a bed, book a bed, confirm bed, live ICU status, live or latest vital parameters,  report parameters, tests summaries, lab results, doctors advise, pre treatment, during treatment and post treatment.  

The map location of patient's health status along with location to immediate family members, cousine, in laws, relative family members for them for easy navigation right to the bed, along with visitors information (timings), coordinate with family members who is visiting when, then  schedule their visit timings without much disturbance to the hospital staffs, inconvenience to the family members and so on...

Help family members chat via map, via duo, Google meet, brief patient's family member's, live view of patient's from home by family members who is going to be the attender for the day and so on....

The health condition @ arrival, in hospital, at discharge in terms of vitals, health parameters and so on...

We could also include a feature to book 📖 ambulance or call ambulance from map or duo.  Also, all payments notice could be received/  through mobile and payment via any app like GPay or UPI.

The nurse, doctor can initiate request for medicines, lab tests, issue e-prescription to patient's Mobile to receive payment.  The relatives could be anywhere to initiate payment.

All the patient's care, cure, treatment, lab tests, procedures, surgeries etc bills or details can be integrated with Google cloud platform's for complete integration.  The IT infrastructure at hospital like intercom, Wi-Fi, router, tv (hospital related program's-patient's health advise, daily routine help, as per patients health or medical condition), network monitored ACS, (nms - medical equipments, modalities, intranet devices, internet devices, electronics devices, lab devices, and so on...) network monitored Oxygen, internet, intranets, could also be handled by an common outsourcing company or in house or by Google.  The necessary medicines reach the nursing staff with a sticker on it that specifies patient's name, room number or bed number of the patient's, date and time.

The health infrastructure at rooms should mandatory include hot water facility provided in rooms and sterilization Owen.

And more healthcare use cases can be integrated with Google platform and it's could platforms.

The use cases can include integration with insurance providers for cashless and post discharge claims workflow, print reports using hospital printers or home printers of the e-prescription, e-bills, e-reports and so on...

The idea is to ensure almost every Hospital provides such facility at different price points based on their standards of service and infrastructure.

The Oxygen flow meters should be electrically handled, programmatically with a scada monitoring system and nms with audit log entries of every parameters, the equipment's parameters settings, readings, along with patient's health and vitals details captured in the Gcloud platform. The Scada monitoring system would help every staff (doctor, nurse and technician) to set, align, reset, adjust, increase or decrease the parameters of the equipment's and apparatus And to monitor entry patient's state live by different stakeholders in hospitals.

Any product that is developed involves multiple steps of production. The step could start from farming, mining, raw material sourcing, transformation, product development, packaging, storage or warehouse, shipping directly to retail customer or to distributors network. The network of Entities (physical or logical or online or virtual) could span multiple regions(County, city, district, State, union territory, country, association of country, continents).

What do think or say about this idea? 

THE TAMIL NADU REGULATION OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF LANDLORDS AND TENANTS RULES, 2019.

It's time we (by law, or the buyers or the law abiding builders) shall include the Properties cost at the Time of Completion in the sale deed of every property.

This shall help every house 🏠 owner to determine their properties rental value.

As per the TamilNadu Lease and Rent Control act the cost of construction of the property or building is the basic parameter to determine the rental value and other parameter to consider is fully furnished building can attract at the Max of 15% extra rental value determined on the cost of construction at the time of completion.

The cost of construction of the property at the time of completion determines the rental value.

The 79Act.PDF of The State of TamilNadu (https://www.tenancy.tn.gov.in/Content/Documents/79Act.pdf), includes clauses for mandatory registration for Tenancy with the concerned Registrar. The Tenancy period, name of the owner, name of the tenants and the premise address has to be included. This act also states the procedures to be followed for Registration of Tenancy, Notification to the Registrar when the Tenancy is over, the Re-registration of Tenancy when it is let out to the next Tenants or Party, the deposit amounts, the Dispute resolution application forms.

However, this act does not refer any other acts in the reference. This is arbitrary and weird as there is no appendix or reference section in which we can refer and understand other related acts related to the Tenancy, Such as the fundamental framework for tenancy, advance protection, value of advance formula, rental value determination formula, refund of advance formula, parameters to consider to determine the rental value, and so on. The act also doesn't say a word about the regular up keep, the maintenance responsibility of the tenants and the owners. It doesn't state the need to notarize the rental agreement if needed.

It doesn't state the difference between a registered rental agreement or Tenancy vs non-registered tenancy rights. However, it has mandated the Registration of the Tenancy in all urban areas of TamilNadu, but has forgotten nor has included list of wards or areas in Each City either chronologically or as a GPS co-ordinate based MAP.

The Tenancy registration in my view should include the following details as well,

1. Registrar office details, Authority or officer who registers and Signs or accepts the Tenancy.
2. Cost of the property at the time of completion
3. Property ID, Name of the owners, Identities (TAX Identity,mobile number, emailID and Individual Identity)
4. Total Property SQ. Feet and Volume of Construction,
5. Rental Property SQ. Feet - carpet area, car parking, bike parking, and volume of property rented.
6. Address of the property
7. Tenants name, Identities (TAX Identity,mobile number, emailID and Individual Identity)
8. Location details - MAP, GPS co-ordinates, Ward number, Government determined Guide value of Property and the formula used to determine this value.
9. Does the rental value be determined based on - a percentage (value to determine this?) of cost of construction + inflation index - depreciation of property based on the age of the property
10. advance protection,
11. value of advance determined based on a formula - rental value * n months,
12. rental value determination formula
13. refund of advance amount to tenants formula (advance received + banks savings or minimum fixed interest value for the period of tenancy, this value can be fetched from the RBI or bank of Deposit - the repair or renovation cost that considers cost of inflation index)
14. parameters to consider to determine the rental value, and so on.
15. The value of 8% simple interest per annum in case of default is an arbitrary number rather this number should be fetched from RBIs Repo rates or interest rate datas.

The State of TamilNadu, can you please revise this Act to consider the above details and make every aspect of tenancy explicit and backed by formulas, datas, parameters, how and where to source these parameter values from which department or their website to fetch this data, references to any other related acts, reference to any additional information that the tenants and owners should be aware off?

Train transit system like Air traffic control system or operations and monitoring platform - Possible SCADA system, Map and ERP.

Is it time handle trains ( the traditional ) like metro train where in the complete network of trains operations is monitored 24*7? 

The train station, facilities, catering, recruitment, tickets, production, cleaning, trains in operation maintenance, post operation scrapping, on train hospitality, on train entertainment, resources and every aspect of TRAIN operations should be handled by a platform like an ERP.

The entire network map (district wise, region or statewise, country wise, network topology,)  continents wise, and planet or Globally) the movement, the rail infrastructure, security of passengers, security of the rail line networks, live status of trains in operation in a given region, etc can be visualised or handled by a SCADA system.

It's time we manufacture Sewage line cleaning Machine (open channels or closed channels) that does auto cleaning of the channels.  The entire sewage network of a region (state, district, city, and village wise, using a SCADA system, map, network topology,) should be monitored remotely, using sensors and schedules.  This entire network should be monitored (24*7) such a way that the staffs can handle any situation or regular maintenance without even a single call center complaint being registered for normal operating parameters and  situations. 

The machine should be able handle any type of channels, dimension and the cleaning of the sewage channels should be operated 24*7.

Zero complaints should be the Goal.

It's time for us to move towards industrialised fish cleaning, cutting and packaging for frozen storage.  As well as we need on home devices(electric device, programmable, pre-programmed options, auto identification of type of species, dimension, weight, segregate meat parts, bones, organs, cutting size, keema chopping, so on..) that helps us to clean, remove scales, cut fishes, sea foods, chicken, meat, of different sizes,different species with one single Machine(Variations) for home, shops, restaurants, catering services, canteens, functions cooking like mariage or for any function and industrial usage.

It's time for us to move towards AcquaCulture and  Farming on Floating Islands that lets us to produce any Cereals, Grains, Herbs, Shrubs, Fruits, Paruppus , Vegetables, Grapes, creepers, Salads, Nuts, paddy, wheat, Papers, every single crop that we purchase from neighbouring states like onions all have to planned near shore and off shore for food safety of TN, Fish feeds (leaves, algaes, fruits, nuts, cereals, Grains, peals, grains husks) grown offshore, food feeds for life stocks, papers through Equalyptus literally growing on those floating Islands.

This can be adopted on fresh water 💦 dams, lakes, ponds, rivers and so on...

There is an abundance of ocean accessible for Tamilnadu in Indian Ocean, Arabian sea and  bay of Bengal.  The entire gulf of Mannar and the entire East coast of Tamilnadu until Andaman Islands it's all available.  Even beyond that is available until the international Maritime boundary.

Also, Ocean Farming could enable us towards Poultry farming, Diary Farming, Goat Farming and Chicken farming in oceans beds on Floating Islands...

It's time for Blue Ocean Farming....

The blue revolution could extend beyond the AcquaCulture to Agriculture, Floating Oasis, Floating forests on top of the sea or ocean surface.  Even apple's can be cultivated in the Artic ocean,Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean. The acqua culture floating structures could include Oxygenator.

They can even become temporary and long term storage space for fish catches,sell on demand, store excess catches, sell as per market need and requirements.  This storage technique ensures that the fishes are alive and no need for frozen storage houses that require huge amount of energ, reduces cost of storage and the fish is still fresh.

Entry single farm structure or floating Islands being monitored by AcquaCultureMontoringSystems, Mariculture Monitoring system and Oceans Floating Flora, Fauna, Farming and Forrest monitoring system remotely for temperature, oxygen levels, density of Fishes or life stocks, growth of life stocks, weather, Power needs.  The hatcheries being of type open or closed based on whether on shore.  The hatcheries can also be near shore or off shore as well.

These could exists with off shore power generators like wind, wave, tidel energy and so on.... The Solar ships in oceans can use these islands to recharge on the go like refuel their battery or exchange recharged battery to charges battery to reduce the time of waiting to just few minutes, recharge or refuel (oil) in case of hybrid engine by docking on such Islands. Such Islands can be closer to their navigation paths like Gas stations on the road.

Ministry and Ministers

It's time that the Ministry or Ministers are selected, elected, or Nominated from all the winner's irrespective of which party they represented in the Election.  Post election every MLA or Every MP should possess or have equal rights to become a Ministry irrespective of the Party they come from.  The party that has got Majority should accommodate ministers from all parties based on their experience, their skill, their value, their Abilities, and the Ministries can be Nominated by the respective parties.

The distribution of Minister's should be such that it's a ratio of overall Ministries available at a given point of time to that of ratio of every parties success.
