Train transit system like Air traffic control system or operations and monitoring platform - Possible SCADA system, Map and ERP.

Is it time handle trains ( the traditional ) like metro train where in the complete network of trains operations is monitored 24*7? 

The train station, facilities, catering, recruitment, tickets, production, cleaning, trains in operation maintenance, post operation scrapping, on train hospitality, on train entertainment, resources and every aspect of TRAIN operations should be handled by a platform like an ERP.

The entire network map (district wise, region or statewise, country wise, network topology,)  continents wise, and planet or Globally) the movement, the rail infrastructure, security of passengers, security of the rail line networks, live status of trains in operation in a given region, etc can be visualised or handled by a SCADA system.
