Individual Identity Number - in the future

The Individual Identity Number in the future could be based on the following parameters,

Place of Birth - GPS coordinates numerical form
Place of Birth - Name - Spelled in native Native language, numerical value(preferred for global use) or alpha numerical representation (not understandable globally) 
Date and time of birth - Numerical format, automatically accommodates the year decimal value switch over (yyyy, yyyyy, yyyyyyy,...) 
Complete Name - Native language, numerical Mapping of characters to numbers or representation for example a is A 1,B is 2, or  அ is 1, ஆis 2. .another possibility could be to use their ascii values, or pronounciation sound wave... 
Biometric value (numerical value) derived from finger print of individual, consider all fingers (hand or leg) 
Biometric value (numerical value) of Biometric value (numerical value) of Palms  (right hand, left hand, right leg, left leg) 
Biometric value (numerical value) derived from Iris of individual, consider both eyes
Face Recognition in Numbers or numerical value. 
Blood Group details (type and rh) 
DNA type

The final value or Individual Identity Number would be numerical hash value or a QR code or a dotted representation in pixels and possibly a 3D image and as 2 D image. In case of smart card the 3 D and 2 D image can be embedded in it, in case of non smart card or two dimensional print then only the x, y coordinates of the final value would be printed in the document or Identity card like QR image any geometrically shaped image. 

All of these parameters and it's value could be hashed together to generate the globally unique individual Identity number,accepted globally and the number remains time neutral as well. 

Hope this change is adopted for global usage.

It is time to create statues of lord Ganesha with clay that is filled with flower seeds, Vegetable seeds, grain seeds, tree seeds, fruit tree seeds, fish feeds, algae seeds, coral seeds,mangrooves seeds and so on?

This ensures that the clay statues can be disposed in fields, water bodies like river's, lakes, seashore, sea, Ocean, lakebeds, road side tree pits,  and so on?

The NGOS who work on plantations can plan such activities in organized manner at every place by working with statue manufactures, the availability of plantation places, Afforestation plans, the exact number of statues that can be disposed at a particular site or location annually, by an Software platform exclusively build for this and that can be used across the country / globally during annual celebration.

The mud could be sourced from the rivers, red sand, clay sand, cow dung, manure, cocopit, neem punnakku, kadalai punnakku, amanangu punnakku, hays, thusi, rice husks and all other materials to shape the statues which can then be used to dispose in places where cultivation cycle is practiced.

Witness Oaths in INDIA in the future could be Religion and Language based EPICS or books of great importance or value

The witness oath today in court in INDIA is made on Bagavat Geetha.  Since, INDIA is constitutionally a Secular Country the witness oaths in the Future could allow the Oath be taken on Bagavat Geetha, Bible, Quran, Thirukkural and so on.  Hopefully in the future the country might recognize the importance of these Religious books and non religious books like Thirukkural.  I hope in the future this change is brought as a constitutional change in the parliament for the betterment of the Society, as broad acceptance of various important aspects of different religious, language based books of value and the great importance they portray. 

Reading Power Glass My Experience and How I foresee or would like the Glasses in the Future Could be

I am Karthikeyan Karuppanan, aged 44 years and currently in the City of Chennai, TamilNadu, India.  I have been facing reading problems particularly smaller font letters and was not able to see or sight the letter at a shorter distance (Short sight).  I also, had to renew my driving license and I had approached Sri Ramachandra Hospital in porur for eye testing for license and they went through their regular procedure for eye testing and they confirmed that my right eye has a short sight problem.  The reading of my eye sight parameters attached in the image for the technical details.  The doctors recommended me to buy a progressive reading power glass to help me and my eye sight.  

I approached Vismaya Optics in Gerumgambakkam to provide me or to select different manufacturers Glass or lens to meet my power requirement.  The Professional @ Vismaya Optics explained the various aspect of glasses the features and different vendors.  I was provided with three options Prime Lenses, Lenskart, essilor and so on.  I chose Prime Lenses for the features that matched my expectation and mainly for the pricing reason as other to manufacturers glasses with similar features was comparatively expensive.  Since, I wasn't earning right now and had to choose an option that is cost wise reasonable and at the same time doesn't compromise on the quality. 

I choose the Prime Lenses (IP-Wide) - customized option as the option to meet my requirement.  I wasn't feeling very comfortable after purchasing the glass for the following reasons,

1. The reading focus area wasn't optimal enough to sight a full A4 sheet.

2. The glass when first used when I was driving car and I felt the vision wasn't clear.

3. The Retailer told me that it would take time to adjust.  However, the reading focus area of my right eye through the lenses was restricted through an arc at the bottom of the glass, the driving is set at the top of the glass and the intermediate viewing was set at the center.

I went and approached the Vismaya optics. I had three lengthy discussions with him and I finally explained him why is the Glasses not reflecting the reality of an eye?

My questions to him where,

The Eye is naturally a three dimensional body organ, elliptical rather ellipsoid in shape.

The Eye ball is spherical in shape at the center of the elliptical eye or ellipsoid. 

The Eye ball has a lens through which we get to see a wider area.

Is not possible to reflect the true aspect of eye in shape?

Can glasses be like a Camera lens or like a natural eye extended exactly like an eye ?

Can glasses be embedded with SmartChips and that are flashed with embedded software for vision assistance in it?

This SmartEGlasses would be shaped to reflect the eye (3d like our HD Cameras embedded in Mobile phones, Video cameras and cameras) and be a enhancer to eye to ensure the Patients are able to see the objects as through a natural eye.  This glass shall be able to track the movement of the eyeball, it's power parameters, whether he is currently reading a book, or watching movie, or driving, or working on a computer and so on.   Such a glass would be a gift to people affected with Vision through which they would be able regain their view completely or almost 98% vision recovery like Google Search Algorithm Accuracy yardstick.  Such a technological advanced feature glass that is very natural, is almost an extension to our real eye and provides the same broader view or even more broader view with no restriction or constraints on the patient to move his head, glass, position the book, length restriction in reading, and all of these put a strain on the eye that has power.  

I hope such a Glass is manufactured and comes to market in mass with optimal pricing for mass usage like a SmartPhone at a starter prices that costs only Rs. 5,999 today.

GST payment or Tax payments in the future

Please let the buyer the responsibility to upload the GST amounts if the sellers aren't going to adhere to their GST responsibility.  Kindly, ensure both the buyer's and the sellers are equally responsible to upload their GST by themselves. The buyer's would be provided with a payment link for every invoice along with the GST or Tax value that they have to pay on their part that needs to be authenticated with OTP or fingerprint or biometric authentication immediately. This ensures that the buyer's pays the GST at the time of every purchase and it is automatically deposited into the state treasurer account and republic government treasurer account respectively through the income tax accounts of each state and the Republican Government, each payment would be identified by buyer's Unique Identity number or shopping card number, the seller's Unique Identity number or business registration number, the total transaction value, GPS coordinates of the buyer and the seller. The buyer's and sellers Identity number's would be Unique across the globe or acceptable globally. 

Hopefully, this resolves the revenue sharing dispute between the states and the Republican Government.  This also identifies or helps in appropriate financial audits, Identification of income tax disputes or non payment of income tax and so on.

And so on... 

And so on, this enables the application forms to be global in nature and around the world they are standardized for usage, hopefully UN works on this idea with various Governments across the globe.

Vertinary Doctors in the future could be female professionals

The vertinary Doctors in the future could be female professionals, particularly those who handle cows.  The stream of sub-study with in Vertinary that focuses on cow's in the future could be completely dominated by female professionals. 

Vertical Service Center - Hydraulic lift, Computerized, Conveyor belts, Slot movements, Matrix Bays, Job Card data, Vehicle logs, Vehicle State data all would be used to Service the Vehicles

Vertical Service Center - Vendor Neutral Vehicle Service Platform Construction.

I had recently service my Vehicle in asirmaruthi Service Center in Madurai, near MGR Bus Stand.  The Vehicle service took two days to complete and I also happened to visit their premises and observe their Service center Civil Architecture, the Service infrastructure and their capacity in handling number of vehicles. 

In my view or thinking in the future the Service Centers could be a Vertical Unit than being horizontal units to optimize space.  The Service Centers of the future (two wheeler and four wheeler) would be a Matrix Layout (3 or n Dimensional matrix, cuboid) where in the Mechanics would be able to move to different address location in Matrix (3 Dimensional matrix, cuboid) based on their expertise to complete a step or more steps in the Service completion.  The CAR would be loaded, shipped with in the Matrix (3 Dimensional matrix, cuboid or cube) based on the Service Expectation of the Customer, Job Card Details, Prescribed process expectation checks by the Manufacturing Brands, the entire steps would be monitored on CAMERA.  The Sensors in the Matrix Bays, (no longer horizontal bays, horizontal and vertical bays in the form of GRID, located using GPS and Index of the matrices), cameras would monitor the Vehicle from Step 1 to Step n.  The Cameras, sensors would capture data, 2D picture (jpg, png,svg) and 3D videos (any format) before each service step, during repair and post completion of each service step.  All of these would be totally guided, automated, assisted by Robots, Humans, Software-Hardware-Electro-Mechanical Platforms in the Service Center.  The Conveyors would move the vehicle in the matrix after each step to the next grid location to carry out the next repair.  This would be completely automated (the algorithm) would be robust enough to handle multi platform vehicles, their service needs, the service steps involved and with in the TAT time expected based on the condition of the Vehicle.  The Grid would be so automated that no manual intervention would be required to move the vehicles in the GRID.

The Customers would be given a Bill of Material Invoice, the Service details of the vehicle shall be uploaded to a Cloud Platform that could be Vendor Neutral in nature (built from scratch - cloud platform only for Vehicular Service) probably build for them by IT Service Providers or build by the Vehicle manufacturers coming together and investing on this cloud platform.  The Service Details that shall be uploaded shall include, invoice, vehicle state, odometer details, pictures-2d images, pictures or videos 3d videos of the Service Steps every time the vehicle is given for Service.   At the end each Service the Vehicle would be automatically certified for Pollution Compliance (e-certificate), FC Norms as required by the RTO office to ensure that the Vehicle can be driven even after its prescribed time limit.  In this case the Service History, the Vehicle State and it's present condition determines that the Vehicle can be used beyond 15 years or so.  In this case do the Vehicle be taken to RTO office for FC check?  Not required in my view.   The service centers shall be able to certify the vehicle health, pollution compliance and other parameter compliance by this Platform and notify the concerned RTO office platform via a API call. 

This ensures the vehicles are in compliance with the Global Norms and are meeting the driving conditions. 

The Service History record of a Vehicle shall not only be uploaded to the Cloud Platform build by the Vendor Neutral Cloud Provider but would also be uploaded to the owners Social Media Platform (Pollution Certificate, FC Status, Vehicle Usage Certification, Engine Status and so on).  This kind of gives a positive impact to the users to ensure that they maintain the Vehicle as per the Standard Service expectations of the Manufacturer or Brand.

Also, post service complaints, faults have to be considered seriously by the Dealer's to protect the brand image, to improve the process, to increase customer retention, to ensure service portability after each service. 

Why service portability is important from the customer's view point? 

The customer could be mobile and gives his vehicle to service due to break down or fault, and provides his vehicle for service to the nearest authorized service center. As he lives in a different place, he was travelling to a different location and he found out that vehicle has developed a problem or fault.  Hence, at the nearest authorized or non authorized service center he gives his vehicle for service. The vehicle post service may develop a fault, problem, or the complaint is not addressed.  In this scenarios, he would have returned to his place of residence and would have approach another service provider (authorized) to address the complaint.  Can the brand manufactures of the car ensure completely portability of post service complaints to ensure that the fault in case is from the service center and the same is addressed completely with out causing much inconvenience to the customer?

Kun Motors two wheeler Service and It's reflection on my vehicle with in Two months from the Serviced Date

 Invoice Number: TN01BA0219003799, Date 26/06/2019.

The vehicle I serviced and the complaint specifically i spoke off or informed the KUN motor representative was that the vehicle is unstable and was difficult to drive or above 60kms as it kind of shakes giving a uncomfortable ride.  This issue had to be rectified only after I had to service the vehicle from near by informal vendor or service center.  Why, should we service the vehicle in your dealer network if they are not going to address the issues and completely check the vehicle condition.  The Vehicle didn't even start just after two months of service and I had to manually move the vehicle to a neighborhood non-dealer mechanic shop to get the issues fixed.  It's quite amazing that one of HONDA's dealer makes such blender mistake.  The issues unattended where, Wobbling or Vehicle instability this could lead to death or accident, Speedometer Cable or Speedometer not working, and the Staring issue came right after two months of Service.  

How would a customer rater a such a Service from a Honda Authorized Dealers or Service Center?  I must say that you should ensure that their Service is robust and take care of the Safety of the Drivers as the first and most important aspect in a service where in no compromise made.

ABS in Two Wheeler - Breaking System improvement

The Honda Aviator that I purchased in the year 2008 is being used by me till now. I would like to give feedback on the Break-shoe and the vehicle being dragged or wobbled when forceful back break is applied.   In my view or thinking the idea would be to install the break pads or shoe that is installed inside the circumference of the wheel axle or to the side of the wheel in a separate cabin should be improved or altered to install four set of Break shoes along with rubber break pads.  

The Break shoes have to be installed on both sides of the tires to the right and left to control the vehicle stoppage evenly when applied break, so that the vehicle steadily moves in straight line before it halts instead of slipping over. The front drum or disk breaks could also be applied from the right and left to even out the pressure on the wheels from either side to give a ABS impact as in cars.  


The break shoes or pads or rubber pads can be installed to the right, left and from inside, outside.  The Break shoes are currently installed in a separate cabin to the left side of the axle or tire.  The Break shoes are two in numbers currently and they are installed together in the cabin.  Similarly another set of break shoes are supposed to be installed in another cabin to be right side of the axle or on the tire for better grip and even force application from either side to control the vehicular movement, to apply pressure evenly to bring a ABS impact.  In this case the break shoes could be 4 in numbers installed in the back tire, similarly the front tire could also be enable for even application of break force from either side of the axle or tire rim or on the drum or on the disk.   The application of the break can be evenly distributed between the front and back tires together, always to ensure that the vehicle comes to a steady halt giving an ABS impact on the vehicle.  I hope this makes sense.

Hopefully, such changes are brought in the future.

License Renewal - Through https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/

The New License Issuance, License Renewal, Vehicles Registration and other services of RTO office can be availed through the Portal https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/.  

In my case I went to RTO office Kundrathur for License Renewal and my existing license was issued by RTO office North, Madurai.  The existing license of mine before it was renewed was issued in the year 2000 and the details of the same was not available on the portal or when I tried to fill the details for renewal the portal error message indicated the License was not found on the Central Database.  

I approached a Xerox Shop that is located besides RTO office kundrathur, Koovur.  They informed me that I had to visit Madurai, North RTO office and request for the license number that is with out the Slashes or special characters based on the new conventions arrived at.  I visited the premise spoke a lady staff she requested me fill a application form and provide the License Xerox as proof.  I furnished the same and she requested me come after two days to collect the License Number from the backlog entry.  I was given an approval workflow number through which the license can be determined or can be found.  

I approached the Kundrathur, RTO Office Xerox Shop for the License Renewal and they helped me in preparing the Application Forms, along with Receipts and the charges (RS. 950) towards renewal fee and their Service Charge.   The Receipt is only for the Rs. 700 that is to be paid to the RTO and Rs. 250 charges for the Xerox shop services don't provide a receipt yet as they are not computerized yet, nor the Portal includes this charges.

In my View, the Sarathi.Parivahan portal should be enabled for Registration and login by common public to avail the Services themselves by filling the forms as per their best of knowledge.

In my case the Aadhaar card was furnished or attached for address proof but the form 7 was not filled to include Aadhaar card number in the appropriate column by the service provider.  The other two information with respect to Education qualification and Address was not filled appropriately.  The Education Qualification of mine is Post Graduation where as the default option was selected.  The present address of mine is Rental, I indicated the same to the service provider but he just selected the Present address as the permanent address as well, which is wrong.  

Therefore, the Sarathi.Parivahan portal should enable login by Public so that they take ownership, responsibility of the data they provide while a application is filled by the individual.  Hopefully, this shall be enabled in the future at the earliest..  

The Portal workflow as improvement should also capture information such as mobile number, email id, Individual identity number like aadhaar, address proof document number, address proof document type furnished, existing license number, name (full name). date of birth, Social Media Handles, and so on.    This ensures that the communication by the RTO office to the individuals concerned or by Traffic Police can be via SMS, Whatsapp, email, letter, Facebook (Appreciation Posts), Twitter(Appreciation Tweets) and so on.  

Also, I foresee that the sarathi.parivahan portal shall be entitled with Dashboards for various user profiles like Individuals, RTO officers, Ministry, Diplomats, Agents and so on.

The e-Receipt should also print all the above information like individual identify number masked, existing license number, license address, date of birth, full name, address proof document number, address proof document type, masked mobile number, masked email id, Social Media Handles masked and so on.  

I Hope the State Government of TN initiates this in consultation with other States and with Republican Government.

In future I foresee that all Licenses belonging or issued from an administrative boundary like TN and it's data would reside with in the Geographical boundary of the state or in terms of Cloud infrastructure this approach is called Mirroring to reduce data cost, processing cost, network cost, querying processing cost, optimize availability, responsiveness, reliability, fail-safe operations and scalability etc.

The workflow in the future hopefully shall also include eKYC and bio-metric authentication by the Applicant and by the Approver via their Individual Identity Bio-Metric Number like Aadhaar authentication with OTP to capture the bio-metric signature on the application through the application and by the approving authority or officer.  The workflows in the future could also include the Videos of the vehicle license test of the individual Who undertake the mandatory driving test before the license is issued. The videos would be uploaded to the profile page or the dashboard of the individual account.  It could also include driving school videos of the training Sessions attended.

TN refers to Tamilnadu 
059 refers to Madurai North RTO office
010556 refers to the license number
2000 refers to year of issue. 



In my view it would be good to include the date of birth,  individual dentity number or document number of Identity,  complete name or short name, document number of address proof provided, document type or adress proof type, and so on. 

The Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016 - Goods and Services Tax Compliance Level

The Goods and Services Tax and it's compliance level in India Today,

The GST Law is also called as "The Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016" was ratified on 1 July 2017.   

As I write this blog today (23rd September 2020), the compliance level to GST has not yet reached every nook and corner of the country and not every Service Provider, Shops, company, Government organization and unfortunately including Government Services are not complaint to GST Law.  

As a proof I shall attach two receipts from "https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do" and a Private Laptop Service Center from Chennai as proof of GST law compliance level in the Country.

The Bills from various organized sector are also yet to be complaint with GST law as it is evident from the Sarathi.parivahan (portal Service of the Government of India, - License Service Provider) .  

That's why it's important for a LAW or it's annexure should indicate the Amendment Date, Passed on Date, Ratified on Date and Expected Compliance Date along with Compliance level (80%).  Hopefully, in the future as Governments pass law they indicate these dates, along with Fully Compliance Date, Stage Wise Compliance date and so on.

Non complaince GST law, bills from Synergy IT Solutions and NIC or Parivahan portal of Government of India,  The GST charges are not listed in the bill of material invoice, 


The break up in invoice or bill of material enables the GST to be charged based on the category of Goods purchased and it's associated GST charge percentage as per the GST LAW.  The overall GST percentage on a bill might be wrong where as the categorywise bill of material invoice enables for GST charge levied appropriately.

KeyPass ID oAuth Driven - Leave App

We probably need a common framework for Leave Approval or Leave Management Systems that is abstract framework (Foundation Classes) that can be used by any or used with any Organization or interfaced with different organizations internal workflow system to ensure that the employees could apply leaves during emergency (personal, family related, or unexpected situation, stranded, so on).   This application or framework shall allow employees of any organization to initiate planned and unplanned leave applications from where ever they are and with out require to login into the VPN of the concerned Organization or using their internal portals.  This would mean the employees just use a LeaveApp on their mobile that is organization neutral and their identity could be validated for example with KeyPass ID or oAuth Driven authentication that uses a common framework to identify and interface with the target organization.  The ID already possess information with respect to the employee as they could be one and only Employee ID Card Provider (KeyPass ID) or they are portable, compatible, interface with different ID service providers and can interface or integrate with organization's Leave Application or Leave Management Systems or Portal of theirs either Synchronously or Asynchronously.  This ensures that the employees inform their colleagues, peers, leadership team about their non-availability for the applied period in office. 

The GPS coordinates of the location from where the leave is applied. The reason for leave and the leave details, instructions on how to reach the employee during leave period shall be notified to his team members, peer groups, Leadership team and so on...

Flat Maintenance - A Bill of Material Invoice Approach, Would this resolve the Conflicts that arises in Apartments initially?

The Flat Maintenance Post Purchase involves maintenance be charged at the Square Feet area of the flat.  The General Practice adopted is a Rate that is arrived at after calculating all the expenses and is divided by the Summation(All Flats Build up Area).  The Flat maintenance charges involve conflicts and requires a compromise from every flat involved.  In today's technologically advanced Financial Software, Category wise split of charges, Auditing, Tax invoicing, GST invoices etc requires us to component the expenses and arrive at the rate per flat. 

The following are expenses that are directly not impacted by the Number of Sq. Feet owned by a Flat and they are listed below,

1.  Security Services
3.  Water
4.  Electricity - Lift and Water Motor

The following expenses are directly or indirectly related to the Number of Sq. Feet Owned By a Flat and they are listed below,

1. Common Area Mopping and Cleaning
2. Plumbing Work outside of Flat
3. Common Garden Area
4. Amenities Maintenance Charges  - Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Sports, Party, Meeting Halls
5. Common Electricity Charges - Lighting
6. Painting and renovation charges - Outer Surface Area
7. Plumbing outside the premises
8. Fire Safety

However, the more Usage based Charges Solutions that we arrive it would be better for a harmonious living with less conflicts, misunderstanding and arguments,

For Example the following areas of usage or services can be charged based on metered consumption like

Water - Fitted with Meters
Water Motor Charges - As Per Water Meter Reading Values of Each Flat and the Overall charges.
Lift - Usage with a Card along with a Common Flat Charge
Swimming Pool - Pay as you use along with base Sq, Feet Rate Charges

The Common Area Maid charges simply could be Overall Square Feet of Mopping, Sweeping divided by Build up area of each flat to determine the Total Cost and cost per Flat.

The Common Garden Area charges simply could be the Overall Square Feet of Gardening, divided by Build up area of each flat to determine the Total Cost and cost per Flat.

The Amenities Maintenance Charges  - Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Sports, Party, Meeting Halls can be determined by Pay as you use and a minimum per flat based on Sq. Feet Rate Charges

Common Electricity Charges - Lighting could be based on the Total Cost of Electricity Consumed / Total Common Area Sq. Feet against the Per Flat Sq. Feet.

The Plumbing Charges outside of the Flat could be based on the No of  Kitchen, No of Bathrooms or Toilets, instead simply count the number of Plumbing lines in Each Flat.  The charges for this could be arrived at based on Actual Charges at Every Service +Actual Service Charge divided by the total number of Plumbing lines of that Flat.  

The Painting and Renovation charges could be arrived after the overall cost / Total outer surface of the block against each flats outer surface area. 

The Societies Act of the Various Governments in India mandate that only one person can vote per flat and therefore only One Person per flat is allowed to Vote. The default voting right would vest with the Person who is the Registered owner of the Flat and the legal heir above the age of 18 years have the right to Vote on behalf of the Registered owner of the Flat either by power of attorney, or by the approval of the Registered owner of the Flat by mail or letter, or by Legal Heir certificates after the demise of the Registered owner of the Flat.

In case of Joint Ownership of the Flat where in one or more members of the family are registered owner's of the flat then one of them shall be allowed to vote as the law allows only one vote per member in the association, the membership basis is based on the per unit ownership in the Residential association. 

I have arrived at this understanding after reading the LAWs associated with it and after bitter arguments, differences,leanings, experience and conflicts with the residence in an association where I own a flat.

Hopefully, in the future such practice is adopted to reduce the amount of differences emerging from various residents as they all own different dimensions of Flats.

This is not the best or ideal solution.  The ideal solution would be to measure every components by a unit (area, volume, consumption, length, breadth and so on) to distribute the cost against the Flats.  The builders (Civil Architects) I am sure would be able to resolve this if they are required by law or by the builder to consider this aspect as one of the important parameter for construction, post construction maintenance benefits for their customers,

My lawyer Portal

A cloud platform portal to avail the services from lawyer's to represent cases. The lawyer's have to submit their individual Identity number, Tax Submission Number and the customer do have to furnish their individual Identity number, Tax Submission Number to avail the services.  The portal shall provide bill of material invoice with appropriate tax invoice to ensure legal, financial complaince of the service. This enables virtual platform to represent cases from anywhere. 

What do we think or say about this idea? 

Time for equipments to be manufactured by legs so that they can used by legs,

It's time that we manufacture equipment to be manufactured such way that we could use legs to cut coconuts, remove or peel coconut husks, tender coconuts, cut vegetables, peel Fruits, programming using legs and so on, so that we can depend on legs as well to make a living?  

This might help physically handicapped people?. And humans derived from animals that aren't physicality gifted with hands and legs for example snakes, fishes and so on. 

Hopefully it is manufactured only with the help of legs by birds. 

Hosur or ஓசூர் - Residential Destination for TN worker's to work in பெங்களூர் or பெங்களூரு or Bengaluru

The working population and professional from TN in the future might commute only from Hosur to serve in Bangalore and return to their home in the evening.  May be , it's time now to Implement or plan for the DMS-Hosur that shall connect to DMS-BENGALURU for faster commute.
Hope TN plans this along with DMS- DistrictWise for the convenience of people movement.

The Farmer's from delta districts could serve Bangalore staying in Hosur and serve in bangalore for six months annually after their crop cultivation cycle is completed for that year.

The craftmans have to submit their individual Identity number, Tax Submission Number and the customer do have to furnish their individual Identity number, Tax Submission Number to avail the services.  The portal shall provide bill of material invoice with appropriate tax invoice to ensure legal, financial complaince of the service.

Our Travel plans and work assignment across natural Geographical Boundary

We as human being should be in sync with nature and we should travel as per our abilities, restrict our travels as per animal, birds travel across the geographical Boundary as per how animals live or move within territories to avoid burden and to be safe. 

For example international travel should be based on weather and as per the bird's movement across globe to avoid risks. 

Auto Selection of Calling in case of Dual Sim and Auto Circle Portability in case of Long term movement.

These days phones come with dual Sim and they are very useful when we work in a different state other than home state.  The phones should be smart enough to choose the call option when both the Sim in the phone are from different circle.  For example the Sim switch over could be based on the GPS coordinates of the phones current location and based on circle Boundary of the states determined again by GPS coordinates to automatically select the calling, data option and other network services.

In case of single usage Sim card we should port number from one circle to another after we relocate. 

Hope we are aware of this and phone manufacturers include this feature of Auto selection of Sim for data, calling, SMS, mms and so on based on GPS coordinates.

Also, the Network Operators could remind or alert the need to migrate the Circle if in case the Customers move to another circle and they lived there for more than 6 months.  This can be easily identified by their presence in a particular Circle.  The alert message "We suggest you to migrate to the target circle where currently reside, in case you have relocated their for long term more than 6 months".  As per TRAI it is mandatory to migrate to continue your service, if not we would automatically migrate you to the newer circle, request for proof of address, deduct the necessary porting charges from your prepaid balance or next recharge or include the charges in the postpaid plan of yours, we have automatically migrated you to the newer Circle as required by TRAI, Law  so that you could peacefully continue avail our Circle with out any disturbance.

The selection of auto Sim would be based on home location or nearest home location at the time of call.  The algorithm automatically identify the home circle or the circle nearest to the home circle based on the duration of stay.  In case of long travel in car, train and your speaking at different locations the nearest network would be or circle would be auto selected. Also, long talk during travel switching (auto Sim switch over with out call drop algorithm would be used.).   THE HOME LOCATION WOULD BE DECIDED IN THIS ORDER BASED ON NATIVITY CERTIFICATE ADDRESS, ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF BIRTH AS REGISTERED OR PROVIDED IN BIRTH Certificate records,  PROPERTY OWNERSHIP ADDRESS, RENTAL ADDRESS UNTIL College.  A SIM PROCURED IN THIS STATES BOUNDARY SHALL BECOME THE PRIMARY CIRCLE in the order it is specified. 

IN CASE THE INDIVIDUAL MOVES TO DIFFERENT STATE OR TELECOM BOUNDARY FOR PROFESSION THEN THE SIM PROCURED THERE WOULD BECOME SECONDARY SIM. 

In this case even a hotel billing address in the newer location could be accepted, deputation letter from the company, even rental agreement would be valid address proof document for your residence in this Situation.

The Hospital Invoice Bills in the future could be a complete bill of material invoice that lists the charges based on the different categories of treatment, consumables, services,food,stay and so on.  

For example the emergency bill of material invoice when an ambulance is involved could be billed that lists category wise entries and their charges in the bill.

Ambulance Charges - Category

1. Distance Traveled 30 KMS - 30*10 = Rs. 300

2. Driver Charges - Rs. 150

3. On Board Treatment or Procedural charges in Ambulance - ProcedureName - Rs. 1,500

4. On Board Consumables charges - MRP

5. Nurse or Technician or Doctor on Board Service Charge - Rs. 1,000

Hospital Charges - Category

1. Admissions Charges  - Rs. 150

2. ICU for n number of days - n* Rs. ICU Rate

3. Procedure or Surgery charges A, B, C, D and F - Rate for A, B, C, D, F

4. Doctor, Nurse and Technician Service Charges or consultation charges

5. CGST, SGST

6. Other Taxes as applicable.


In case of OutPatient the Bill Of Material Charges could be,

1. ONE time Registration Charges

2. Visit Charges - Reception, Support Staff Service Charges

3. Consultation Charges - Spit up Doctor, Nurse, Technician charges

4. Procedural Charges - A, B, C, D

5. Follow Up Visits Charges - As applicable as per doctor advice, waived for observation, study, and to understand the improvement in the patient complication or condition.  This is very important to waive off Follow up visit charges from the hospitals to ensure that the Patient indeed visits the hospital as per the advice of the doctor and this helps the doctor to study, understand, observe the improvements, learn lessons and improve her experience level which in turn helps the hospitals brand image.

6. Follow up Visit charges - As applicable as per doctor advice, based on Next level consultation or Procedural charges.

7. Consumable Charges 

and so on would enable, bring transparency, easy auditing, categorize the revenues from different categories, to calculate the profit or balance sheet in summary as each category wise.   This probably would help the hospitals to find any gaps, loopholes or to determine or optimize the cost in the best interest of the hospital and patients.

Improvement in Fungal Infection Treatment


I have visited SRMC- Sri Ramachandra Medical Center, Chennai twice for a Fungal Infection in my Groin area and due to COVID-19 situation, I had to visit the hospital only when the Hospital was open for Out patients, because of the Staff or Doctor could not take sample of the SKIN for treatment based to ascertain the fungal kind or type.


I had developed a complication of fungal infection in my Groin that was due to (Green Dal Flour) that was mixed with water and developed fungus when left overnight applied the next day.  This resulted in a fungal infection in my Groin area.

I wasn't able to Visit any Clinic or any Hospital for a quick remedy, fortunately the Medical shops where opened.

I went and bought an anti-fungal over the counter as a remedial measure due to COVID-19 restrictions, movement of people and hospitals not open for our patients and so on.

The medicines bought and applied are MAGNOITCH, FOURDERM, ITCHGUARD+,Texifen or Terbinafine Hydrochloride, DK Gel.  The DK GEL and Texifen creams where prescribed by Dr.K. Thiagarajan of BHARATH CLINIC, Mugalivakkam main road, Madhanandapuram, porur. 

I had also applied ARNICAP By mistake which was bought for a different reason join pain relief. 

I then visited SRMC after it was opened for Out patients visit (BTW, I reside in Gerugambakkam) after a prolonged closure due to COVID-19 viral infection which resulted in 5 months closure of the hospitals for patients, in particular for outpatients.

The Visit Details are UHID:- 0002708289 and the receipt number is 0003651097 and consulted a SKIN Specialist Dr. Gayathri C2-Room 26 Token Number 13:

I EXPLAINED HER THE COMPLICATIONS STATING THAT MY GROIN IS INFECTED WITH FUNGUS AND THE MEDICATIONS THAT I HAVE ALREADY USED, AND ALSO INDICATED THERE IS NOT MUCH ITCHING BUT NUMBNESS OR INCONVENIENCE IN THAT AREA, and she also requested one of male assistant to view the area infected,

She prescribed the following medications

1. CP. CANDITRAL
2. ONABET CREAM
3. ABZORB DUSTING POWDER
4. NOVALE SOAP
5. T. XYZAL 

She requested me to visit again in two weeks time on 22-08-2020,  However, I was informed that the hospital is closed due to Pooja Holidays (Vinayagar Pandigai) ..

I then again visited the Hospital on 24--08-2020 in the morning hours and I was told Gyathri Madam, is not available but you could consult Dr. Murugan S, DERMATOLOGIST,  I explained the same to him also about the previous visit with Dr. Gayathri, produced the hospital record or file with her prescriptions, and I also asked the doctor is there a possibility that the Fungal infection could get rooted underneath or inside the skin where in ointment medications may not impact much, and also the fact that I could feel a series of threads inside my skin in the Groin area, 

The doctors viewed the infected area, but didn't try to ascertain the threads by wearing gloves to understand the complication.

Dr. S. Murugan also prescribed medicine for another two months,  namely.

1. ONABET CREAM
2. T. TEIZINE
3. SYNTRAAN
4. KZ Shampoo

My present understanding of the complications is that I could still feel the treads or rolls of skins underneath my skin in the Groin area when I apply the medicine and the numbness is still there but a lot better.  The numbness is not that often but once in a while, does this indicate it is not cured yet. I also saw a small ball of wound like a pimple which pains if touched not sure if it is an outcome of the fungal infection or due to side effects.  

I also went online to understand the possibility invasiveness of fungal and found the following article that indicates that the fungus infection could become invasive and they are working on anti fungal vaccines to improve the results, However, due to the medical terms used in the article I am unable to understand the finer details,  


Here is my view as a patient with Fungal Infection and with my limited knowledge on Medicine or Medicinal practice,

1.  Take a picture of the infected area
2. Take a Skin sample (outer skin and inner skin through a needle from the threads)
3. The Doctor ascertains the skin threads by his or her hands with gloves (by feeling threads as explained by the patient)
3. Go under Microscope to understand the type of Fungus infected - skin samples from the infected area, ( in this case it could be a serious spongy white fungal infection)
4. Prescribe ointment, vaccine or medication
5. Possibility of extract of healing threads either by non-invasive method (oral medication) or by invasive method or by cleaning it out with a small invasive surgery.
6. Antibiotics to ensure that it is completely healed and they don't resurface.

A good explanation of these to the patients would help them to understand what kind of fungal infection it is and how it can be cured.  They could explain the steps involved so that we understand the procedure and steps involved in the cure.

Also, the feedback forms in hospital and its function area.

In simpler terms could be a list of questionnaires of the function performed by a function area, for (e.g) 

Did the receptionist guided you with the right information? yes, no comments
Was she polite and handled the patients with respect? yes, on, comments

Did the doctor explained what kind of complication you have? yes, no comments
Did he or she explain what kind of next steps or follow ups are required, and why?  yes, no comments 

and so on in the feedback form would be easier for us to give pointed feedback to the function areas instead of a plain Good, Very Good, Excellent Feedback at the overall level.  

Hope to see above improvements in the way we treat patients  (out or in patients) who approach hospitals with complications or medical conditions.

Bill of Material Invoice - Water Canals

The Water Canals that is being planned in this Country like the Ganga canals or the Brahmaputra canals, Krishna, Godavari, Yamuna and other rivers that flow in the North, West and East can be diverted to the South through which the Surplus or excess water can irrigate more areas, provide drinking water, water for industrial usage, water for offices, companies and sports body, so on.  This Water diverted can be charged at a nominal rate from the recipient states.  

For example let's say that the water from Ganga can be diverted from Uttar Pradesh via a canal through Chattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and final reaching TamilNadu.  The Canal let's has a capacity to carry enough water all way through these states and can provide substantial water to TN.  In this Scenario, the respective States of UP, Chattisgardh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and TN could share the investment on the CANALS on actual basis, based on the length of the canals in their respective state boundaries.  Let's say the overall distance is 1800 KMs, in UP 350 KMs, Chattisgarh 450 KMS, telangana 450 KMs, Andhra 350 KMs and 200 KMs in TN.  

The COST of construction and maintenance of the CANALS can be shared fundamentally on the BASIS of EACH States investing for the CANALS in their region on a (50%-50% basis where in respective States invests 50% of the cost, the republican government invests 50% of the cost).  The maintenance charges at actual's would be shared by all States involved (80% of the costs) and the Republican Government (20%) based on the Ratio of Distance Covered in Each State versus the Total distance.   This could be an expense report claim after every calendar year or periodically on month on month basis.  The maintenance charges shall be a Bill of Material Invoice, Generated by a Portal or Software that monitors this CANALS Complete needs (Namely, Ganga Canal Project).

The charges for the water received at actual's by each recipient would again be a periodic claim (annual or monthly) where in the States deposit the amount to the GANGA CANAL PROJECT Public or Private Limited Company.  The maintenance COST on the canals can be a discounted cost after a part of the charges received on water realized by the States.  The remaining amount can be used for the Salary or Software Maintenance Costs to ensure the CANAL is completely and always in Good conditions and meets the international standards.


The FEASIBILITY STUDY should ascertain the CAPITAL COST, Operational Costs, required vis a vis the estimated revenues that can be generated from Maintenance Costs,  Water Charges at the hands of the recipient state and so on.  The CANAL could also generate Power in it's entire distance that could also generate revenue for the en-route states which could also be added to the anticipated revenues and this profit could then be routed to the maintenance costs of the canal to balance or offset the maintenance costs.


Hope the States and the Republican Government look from this aspect.

Is it time to think in terms of Constructing a Canal or a Ship Lift that enables smoother passage of Ships through the Adams Bridge or Ramar Palam?


Why?

The distance otherwise traveled by the ships is almost equivalent to the circumference of the Sri Lanka.  


What if a ship lift facility or a canal passage through the Adams bridge or Ramar Palam is enabled?   This means that ships that come to the cost of Kerala, Cochin, Tuticoorin can proceed to Chennai, Vishakapatnam, Kolkatta, Dhaka or other ports in Bay of Bengal and to countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia that doesn't require to completely travelled around Sri Lanka might use this as shorter passage enable faster reachability, distance travel is reduced, economic value is added in TN because of this canal or Ship Lift facility and also fuel consumption by the ships would be reduced (carbon foot print).   


Can TN convince the Republican Government on the Feasibility and the need for this based on the No of Ships crossing region and how much revenue this would generate for TN and the Republican Government due (CGST, SGST or any other charges like Transit Charges (State Transit Charges, Republican Transit Charges) and so on.?  If this is approved then the TN would probably able to generate more revenues to the States Treasury account and indirectly the Republican government would also generate revenues through Transit Charges for it's Treasury account. 


Hope this is positively thought over and considered.  The feasibility study on this and faster implementation might help the nation to invest, recover the cost and to generate profit out of this investment in the long run.  Also, hopefully the Engineering feet or Marvel would take into consideration all global standards and for future expansion of capacity handling, frequency handling and ships dimensions growth in the future is already pre-planned in such a project with huge cost.

Bill of Material Invoice in Power Distribution between States

 Bill of Material for Power Distribution between States via Grids.


The Power Generated, Distributed and Consumed Between States, consumers in the future could be a Bill of Material Invoice.   The Power is Generated from Various States and is distributed Via Grids that cross the State boundaries.  The Power Generated in State A for example could travel 1000 km and cross lets say "n" number of states and is being consumed by all the states en-route and State "N".  


What should be mode to determine the cost of Power when it travels a large distance and consumed at a far away territory?  The Power transmission always involves losses when it is distributed in a large distance.  Therefore the cost of Power at the Source State A and the Cost of Power at the destination State "N" would vary based on the distance covered, no of substations crosses, no of transmission lines crossed, no of transformers crossed and so on.   The Cost of power then can never be same at source and destination.  The Power Distribution Companies of the State can ensure that power is distributed at a cheaper price only if it is distributed locally with in a Geographically administered boundaries.  The power once crosses over to another state then there might charges or taxes for transit and so on added to the cost that would make power costly for the recipients states.  


If if the objective is to make power cheap to the people of the region than it has to be locally generated, distributed with in the administrative boundaries for maximum benefit to it's consumers and maximum profit for the respective power companies in the States.


Therefore,  the invoice for Power Generated, Distribution and Consumed should be a bill of material invoice for the Consumers of all kinds that clearly lists the Power Generation Cost, Distribution Cost, Maintenance Cost, Distance Cost, Sub Stations Cost, Transformer Cost, Power Line Cost and so on to ensure the Power Companies don't go Bankrupt.  Similarly, the invoice between power companies across States shall adopt this principle in ensuring that the Power Generation, Distribution and Consumption across State Boundaries is also a Bill of Material Invoice that ensures that the companies involved, know precisely the costs involved and analyze for improvements, innovations in it's operations.


Hopefully respective State Power Companies adopt this a mandatory practice.

IPL - Enable investment by players and make them investor's, also enable publics to buy limited number of shares (public limited)

Please consider allowing the players to invest upto 15% and a minimum of 5% of their CTC in the team.  This way they are player cum investor's or shareholders of the team for which they play.

The invested amount could be based on the grades of the player, for example 

Grade A maximum investment allowed is 15% of the player's CTC.


Grade B maximum investment allowed is 10% of the player's CTC


Grade C maximum investment allowed is 5% of the player's CTC

This ensures lower graded are protected from risk and also ensures a decent amount they earn. 

Each of these shares shall come with a vesting period in the range of 2-6 years. The matured amount or dividends earned after the vesting period can be reinvested if the player's wishes.  They can also sell it and construct a new investment if they are still in the squad. 

The shares shall be transferable after the minimum vesting period of 2 years or the actual number of years based on the grade of the player, they can transfer the states to a different team when they are bought by a different team. 

Also, enable shares or investment from viewer, fans and public in the team. The teams could disinvest their stakes by going public.  The publics could become sponsors by investing regularly and annually.  They are allowed to invest minimum from one team to a max of 5 or 6 teams.  There would be a annual cap on investment based on sponsorship need for the tournament overall.  The investor's have to furnish PAN, Aadhaar, they have to mandatorily invest in home team home team (based on Nativity certificate), they can invest for example if  20,000 is the limit. They mandatorily have to invest in home team Rs. 8,000,  team b 2000, team c 2000, team d 2000, team e 2000 team f 2000.. .  The remaining investment would mantorily require the publics to invest or choose teams in standings range. For example there 24 teams spilt into 4 ranking ranges then they have to select a team in Topper's Range, Second Range, Third Range and Fourth Range to ensure investment risk is distributed. 

Hope BCCI would positively consider this idea or suggestion of mine, to increase a flavor, pride, prize for the player's, teams and viewers.
