Toll Charges Inconsistency and Fleecing Customer - Why multiple journey with in 24 hours benefit is not given to customer?

Please note that the above transactions via the chittampatti toll plaza in Madurai District, TamilNadu, was completed on 14 Jan 2021 and with in 4 hours between 5:00 PM and 8:50 PM.   I traveled thrice through the same plaza with in 4 hours and for each transaction they are charging amount and why?  Isn't there a rule to exempt or to allow multiple pass through with in 24 hours?  if so, why this not handled appropriately in the toll plaza?   Shouldn't the customer get the benefits multiple journey or pass through the same toll plaza with in 24 hours?   The charges deducted are different for each of the journey as 45,85,45 respectively.   Why?

The car driven was KA53P1980 AND THE PAYMENT WAS COMPLETED THROUGH FAST-TAG LINKED TO MY PAYTM ACCOUNT.

Even if each Transaction or pass through at toll gate or plazas is to be charged then it should be based on distance travelled or the rate or fare should be reducing or reduced for every trip with in 24 hours.  Similarly, are there going to be weekend or Holiday rates, weekday rates in the future. The rates would also be based on road type, region type,features available type in the surroundings.
