UPI ID, Virtual Payment interface for individuals - Banks let the customer decide

Is it time to allow the customers(individuals, businessess, service Providers, Farmer's) to decide their payment interface names from possible options or decided as per the security need of the transaction involved like Payment interface ID, that shall be derived from their IIN application form fields or parameters,

Tax Identity Parameters

The parameters to consider are, 

Complete Name

GPS coordinates of place of birth, 

Date and time of birth as per regional calendar, 

Date and time of birth  English calendar

Nativity family lineage

Native Language or regional language or Mother Tongue or, Father Tongue

This could be String or number hash key token or encrypted string or number or syllables or phonetics sound wave object or 2d or 3d image or Iris object or lip object or fingerprint object or eyebrow object or nail patten object, skin tone object, hair style object, hair pattern object in body,  thooppul kudi object, nipple pattern object and so on..., automatically derived algorithmically language neutral, culture Neutral or race Neutral or in native language.
