Is it time to have Platform number guidance system that exactly guides the passengers to the exact coach boarding points once the ticket PNR number is entered or flashed through the travel card or PNR number barcode or PNR number QR code scanned at the train station entrance shall guide the passengers via guided reflective lights as foot steps, passenger guide maps, voice guided route, visually impaired shoes to guide them to the exact boarding via their shoes, this special show would allow them to sense direction's, next foot steps, how much distance covered and how much distance yet to be covered?
The guidance system shall guide the passengers right from their home to the seating chair in the train through visual displays system, map, audio or video guidance system that is language neutral or considers the local language, multilingual db and the priority.
This idea could provide the complete platform guidance system, infrastructure,games,escalators,lifts and so on as service provider to train 🚆 station, Ports station, airport's, bus station and so on....
