Is it time to explore the possibilities of using other cereals, grains and pulses for Pizza bases creating completely different Pizza bases or the pizza bases are a mixture of wheat flour with other grains/cereals/pulses?
This could potentially provide different alternative Pizza bases for taste buds and also to explore the possibilities to include other ingredients apart from wheat flour.
Time to pitch this idea or suggestions.
