It's time for you to work with Global energy companies that produce Wind Energy on sea or ocean and tide energy to meet, secure தமிழ்நாடு self sufficiency on electricity.
The off shore or sea or ocean bed along the coast of Tamilnadu (Kanyakumari to Chennai) for Electricity generation could host Wind Turbines, Tide Turbines, Solar panels, Parachute Wind Turbines, Typhoon Wind Turbines, wind the system, any kind or all kind of effective, efficient wind mills that are suited as per the weather and wind pattern of the TN coast along with Solar panels on a each of these off shore or sea or Ocean's platform.
Why, can't the wind mills or Turbines host 6 blades in total, 3 in the front and 3 in the rear to increase productivity?
Why can't wind turbines on the top host solar panels, can their body , blades, outer skin be just Solar panels cells for generating more electricity in less space?
Imagine the taxes you can gain for the state of TN(and for the Country) production tax, distribution tax and consumption tax.
To be funded totally by the State Government of தமிழ்நாடு and also by sourcing foreign direct investments.
