Accountability of an Event

The accountability of an event organized by NGOs, and by the sponsors like CSR, Government, so on.. They should ensure that the expenses involved in the entire events from planning stage to realization stage is completed accounted against that events expense and the NGOs should provide their expense sheet (bill of material invoice or expense) to the sponsors for accountability, auditing, Transparency, trust building and this helps in long term relationship, association with the sponsor's.  Hope the NGOs, and the event sponsors mandate this from the NGOs to increase efficiency, increase accountability, increase value creation, increase Transparency, increase good Practices, brings or Establishes straight forward practice in the Society.
