The catchment areas around the Periyar urgently and mandatorily Requires mandatorily Miyawaki plantation of Trees Shrubs and Medicinal plantations with the consultation of the Spiritual master உயர்திரு திரு Ravi Shankar அவர்கள், Forest Department and with botanist, zoologist to increase the forest cover there by increasing the rainfall which in turn increases the velocity of the Dam filing up faster. This would benefit the entire south Tamilnadu Farmers, residents and Industries.
The plantations should start immediately and should cover the entire catchment area with in this year, so that trees are ready or in good height in a year or two.
Can we all take this as a challenge to increase the forest cover around the catchment areas?
This would be a meaningful, purposeful challenge instead of bucket or watch parties.
Can we spread this challenge to ensure that Similarly, all the catchment area around dams of Tamilnadu and it's forest area's covers are increased?
This initiative then could spearheaded to other territories around the world.
The plantation should exactly document the number of trees now and after. We can take the help of Israeli Scientists, Israeli Government, to strategically study, define the areas, document the bio-diversity, new plantation, count of trees, plants, monitor, bio-diversity, weather, precipitation records, temperature records, soil moisture, soil fertility, it's sturdiness, it's composition records, so on, so forth and track the trees count year after year using drones and maintain a repository of CATCHMENT AREAS IN TN, Forest Land, Dams, Mountains and other public places.
This would require a completely automated a Software Solution with the help of Israel, The USA, The UK, European Union and the UN.
This Software should allow us to track the Forest covers, it's density, it's flora and fauana species details, bio-diversity map like Google Map along with animal species details in it.
Such, a solution would help UN and other Government agencies to adopt this solution across the Globe.
For example the Periyar Dam catch area and it's surrounding has lot of open space with grass cover on the surrounding mountains. Hence, would be great to start this initiative and Establish a IT oriented solution to the Forest covers of the Globe.
The Solution should be able to capture the details in regional language and the display of Information should be in the desired language of the user of the system. The Solution would by default capture the Information in regional language and the display would also be defaulted to the regional language. The users of the system could then request display of information in the desired language of their choice or multilingually as per the user current language context or profile settings.
The forest cover increase in the catchment areas increases the rainfall in the catchment areas and helps the Farmer's community of each such region.
