Car Parking in Apartments

The car Parking in Apartment should provide ample space for parking. Each flat owner or his family Members would get two car parking each. The slots have to be designed in such way that they can park one car along with Two two wheeler in the same slot either in the front or besides or in the back.  Two such slots would help a family of four member's to park, two cars, two two wheeler, two bicycle.

Every large apartment complex should mandatorily include or provide at least two car cum two wheeler parking for every unit. The car Parking slots would be provided in the campus would be a separate MLCP block for parking.  The purchaser could opt to buy more than two car cum two wheeler parking slots based on their family need. 

The slots would be priced for the extract volume of space provided in the slots. For example (l*b*h) in case of a cuboid.  That would mean each resident pays for the number of  slots exactly based on the volume of the slots allotted or provided. The price and the dimension of the car parking slots would be included in the sale Deeds.

The campus would also provide enough visitors parking slots at least 10% of the overall units in the campus.  The volume cost of visitors parking provided would be equally distributed and paid by the purchasers of each unit in the campus. 

The car parking is sold for volume, the house or Flat is sold based on the surface area thickness of the shape.  The tax can be charged on the volume of the house.
