Desalination and RWH a must in the State of Tamilnadu

It's time for Tamilnadu to plan for RWH in mass Scale and installation of large capacity of Desalination plants across it's sea store that supplies drinking water,  for industrial use,  supply irrigation water to farm fields,  to its entire coastal belt covering 250 KMs radius or square KMs from the sea shores. This is very much important and mandatorily required given the political situation and the way politics is played in this Country with respect to water sharing between Tamilnadu and it's neighbour's.
