Animal Left overs - Fish bones, Scales, blood, fat, wing, tail, head. , Chicken - Head, legs, feathers, skin fat, intestine and so on that are not used by thrown in dustbin

The merchants who sell all Fish, Chicken, Mutton and other animal meat in retail stores.  These seller's cut the animal at the time of purchase and the cleaned left overs are collected in dustbin.  These are thrown as trashes into the sewage stream or into the landfills.  It would be wise to collect these in KGS, at a nominal rate, dry it or mash it or grind them along with egg shells collected from the hotels, restaurants, shops so on and add them to the vermicompost tanks to decompose into manures.  These manures then can be sold to the farmer's at nominal cost.  The Farmers themselves can collect these from neighbouring towns or shops in their vicinity to prepare vermicompost for themselves and their village.

These manure producing units have to be there in every village.  They have to function as a society or community service or as NGO model where in profit is not the goal but to Sustain and support the farming community in and around those villages.  Their reach or sales network should not be beyond 5 - 10 square KMs. Such successful model has to be replicated all around the District, State and country.
