Rain water Harvesting - Well,   Borewell, Sump and Harvest Pit

The constructing of house is a one time investment, for many of us it's like life long earnings that we put into it.

We cannot make a living without water and food.  The availability of clean and pure water is of utmost important.

The most clean, clear and tasteful water we get is rain water.  It becomes utmost important to harvest rain water within your premises to ensure 100% of the rain water is Channelized to your well, Borewell, Sump, and Harvest pits. 

Each of these has to be designed for optimal and maximum storage. The annual rainfall in the region should be good enough for the households to tide through their annual needs. 

In particular the water politics, water sharing issues this state of Tamilnadu faces with the neighbouring states.  Also, the Government is unable to maintain it's Dam, desilt, create more water bodies, restore water bodies,  give 24*7, 365 or 366 days of continuous clean water supply to the hoseholds, plus the chief minister of each states have to beg for their budget allocation, plus the republic Government devices where state Government has to spend so on...  Are big constraints... In my view I have submitted enough idea's to the Republic Government and the State Governments to bring more independence to the Respective state Government to plan for itself, Generate tax revenues revenues for themselves, Tax sharing at collection point between the state Government and republic Government for all tax types and across all PAN types and so on... 

The people of the state have to Understand this and vote for State Parties across India.  The so called national parties always use emotional hypes and border issues with neighboring country and nothing changes actually on the ground. 

It would be wise for all state chief ministers to align themselves and create party in the name of Respective states. For example Democratic Party of StateA. REPUBLICAN PARTY OF StateA and so on.. 

The total number of parties should be not more two in any  given state. 

Eventually I would prefer the IAS, IPS and IFS to handle the country than this political system which is always biased, creates rift, issues to people of their own country.
