Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev அவர்கள், often speaks about the plight of Tamilnadu Farmers.  It's important and good on his part to speak on Farmers plight in General across the state and country.  This indicates there is gap or a sect that is ignored or there is a crisis that needs to be addressed to ensure their livelihood is not hampered.  The biggest challenge this country faces is water issue and there is always politics behind this water issues in particular in this country. This is not today's scenario but has a long historical background to it.

As a state தமிழ்நாடு has to work on being self sufficient in it's water needs rather than depending on neighboring states.

The best way is to use the Sea water as much as possible, recycle, desalination, plant more trees, create artificial forests, make all mountains green with lush thick forests, Miyawaki plantations, mangroves plantation and so on to improve it's green cover, there by bring more rain within it's territory.
