The 911 service could probably be redirected to 111 service. This 111 service number could be all over the world to avail or report emergency in the country you are in.
The 111 service Software would be able to alert your neighbors, neighbourhood, Emergency Response Team of the situation via SMS, WhatsApp, nearest home TV, Electronic devices that can receive messages, display as marquee texts or speak out using the homes digital clock voice out or message reader feature in the local language, followed by English and so on...
The location of the dialler can be determined by the current GPS coordinates of the caller to the mapped Postal address code. The Software automatically sends ER ( Emergency response) message (with different instructions based on receiver's profession) to neighbour's, neighbourhood, nearest nurse or doctors or ambulance or ERT providers.
