OCR in Phone cameras

Please enable OCR feature in the mobile phone cameras it helps in quick capture of written records.

This could be feature by either with help of Android OS library or Phone camera Software.

#GoogleLens please support save feature in SVG, and define a new format for Scalar vector Videos, with save option for it as well. 

#GoogleLens already provides textual scanning of document or images feature.
